Job Advertisement: Seasonal and Vacation Staff
Aspen Group, part of Lantmännen, develops and produces environmentally friendly fuels, oils, and accessories for small engines. We are currently looking for seasonal and vacation staff for our production and warehouse facility in Hindås, outside Gothenburg, who want to be part of producing special fuels that are better for people, machines, and the environment. Does this sound interesting? The work is full-time and lasts for seasonal staff from the beginning of March until the end of July and for vacation staff from week 25-33.
Your Responsibilities
At Aspen, you will work in a modern industrial environment with both automated and manual workstations. You will be part of a team that works together to achieve daily goals, supported by routines, instructions, and experienced colleagues.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Starting, running, and shutting down production lines
- Handling order and format changes
- Restocking materials and performing rinsing tasks
- Conducting sampling, reporting materials, and monitoring the process
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing various warehouse tasks
- Collaborating in a team to achieve daily goals
- Following clear routines in the warehouse environment
Working hours are day, evening, or two-shift. It is easy to reach the workplace in Hindås by both car and public transport. All work is done on-site.
What You Need to Succeed and Thrive
- You enjoy collaborating and working towards common goals
- You thrive in a structured environment and with tasks that can sometimes be repetitive
- You have a strong focus on safety and quality in everything you do
- You have a forklift license and experience driving counterbalance forklifts (B1)
- Experience as an operator in the process industry is an advantage
